TIME LIMIT :

We accept bookings received before at least 48 hrs from pick up time .

  License :

A valid driving license must be present upon rental and must be at least two years old not a new issued license .

  Additional driver :

Additional driver option available and must meet the same rental qualifications as primary driver. Additional driver fee is 5usd per day.

  Age :

Minimum rental age requirement is 25 years.
Maximum rental limit is 70 years.

  Payment options :

Renter must present a valid credit card in their own name at time of rental.

  Deposit :

If insurance is not purchased at rental counter, a 700 usd refundable deposit will be blocked on the renter`s credit card. Cash deposit in the same amount will be accepted.

  Geographic restrictions :

Rental vehicle may not be driven outside Jordan.

  Additional fees :

  Taxes :

Mandatory 16% government VAT tax.

  Fuel :

If rental vehicle is returned with less fuel than at beginning of rental, the cost of replacement fuel plus a 10usd fee will apply.

  Rental Rate Guidelines :

Minimum rental period is 48 hours

  Daily Rate :

Rental period: typically up to 6 days.
Time frame: begins at time of pick-up.

  Weekly Rates :

Rental period: Seven days.
Time frame: begins at time of pick-up.
Extra days: Applies on any additional day beyond seven days.

  Monthly Rates:

Rental period: Thirty days.
Time frame: begins at time of pick-up.
Extra days: Applies on any additional day beyond 30 days

  Extra day:

Applies on any additional day beyond 7 days for Weekly Rental and 30 days for Monthly Rental and it equals the ( weekly Rate / 7 ) .

  Extra hour charge:

Rental rates are based on 24 hr period, beginning at time of pickup.
Extra hour charge applies for every delay hour after due time, and costs 15 USD , and more than 3 hours is considered one extra day.

  Weekend Rates :

No special rates, Daily Rates apply on weekends.
Early returns : no refund for early return of the rented vehicle .

  Mileage :

All rates includes free mileage.

  One way rentals:

 Pick up and Drop Off at a different cities in Jordan is available with one way charge  as follow . Aqaba and Petra for 150 $ , Madaba and Dead sea for 50 $ 

  Insurance:

Basic CDW is covered in the rental rate with 700 $ deductible ( 1400 $ to 2000 in case of a total loss accident ) , basic theft insurance is covered in the rental rate with 1400 $ deductible , No mandatory extra super insurance at our company.

  Waivers:

CDW- super Collision Damage Waiver Optional super collision damage waiver available and costs 15usd per day
Deductible 700$ in case of accident , ( 1400 $ to 2000 for total loss accidents and theft ) if CDW is not purchased

  Additional insurance available:

PAI-Personal Accident Insurance available and costs 6usd per day
TI- super Theft Insurance Available for 4usd/day (Deductible  1400$ to 2800 $   in case car stolen and TI Super Insurance not purchased)
